What kind of software do you build?
Mainly CRM software, PSA (Professional Services Automation) software and custom business apps: billing, inventory, HR, customer portals and mobile apps. Since 2006 we have delivered more than 500 software products.
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on the features. A basic CRM for a small team starts at a fixed one-time price; larger systems are quoted after a short discovery call. You always get a written quote with a timeline before work starts.
Do you charge monthly for software?
You can choose: buy it once and host it yourself, or pay a small monthly fee that covers hosting, support and updates. We explain both options in the quote.
How long does a website take?
Starter sites usually go live in 7–10 working days once we have your content. Advanced and Dynamic Club sites take 3–5 weeks. Custom web apps and software are planned in phases with dates agreed in advance.
What is included in "Ad Management"?
Campaign setup, audience targeting, creative upload, weekly optimisation and a monthly report. The ad budget paid to Meta or Google is separate and decided by you.
Is there a lock-in period for marketing plans?
No long contracts. Plans are billed monthly and you can upgrade, downgrade or pause with notice before the next billing date.
Do you provide domain and hosting?
Yes. We can register and set up both at cost, or work with what you already own. These are billed separately from the package.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. All prices are exclusive of GST, which is added on the invoice at the applicable rate.
Do you give support after delivery?
Yes. Every website and software project comes with a support period, and you can take an annual maintenance plan after that. Most of our 10,000+ customers have stayed with us for years.
Do you work with businesses outside Lucknow?
Yes. We have customers across India and abroad. Everything runs over calls, WhatsApp, screen-share and shared folders, so location does not matter.
